Get the files over
there on the left. It's pretty straight forward... but just in case you need instructions. . .
- Remove DLLs:
This includes ArenaSpy, performance dlls, whatever... they won't work with HH.
- Point release:
The Jan 13 one. . . install AT LEAST that. If you have the beta 1.16i that's fine.
Zip file: unzip to /Q3. It will create /Q3/HH. Make sure that HHclient.pk3 is in there, not in /Q3/baseq3.
Command Line: /Q3/quake3.exe +set fs_game hh (if you only have 1.15)
Team DM: bind <key> +button5 -- "throw" is the command to uh... throw heads and pile em upon a teammate for monolithic scores.
FYI...
there isn't expected to be any changes or
additions to the classic game. It will stay as is from a Tarot point of view unless there's a real mess-ups. Of course, bugs will get fixed, but features will most likely remain as is. |
